Our $225 floor covers the real cost of a professional visit — drive time, supplies, a fully vetted and insured crew, on-schedule every time. Above $225, pricing scales with your home's size and frequency discount.
Is there a contract or commitment? +
No contracts. All recurring plans run month to month. You can pause or cancel with 48 hours notice.
How does the discount work if prices start the same? +
The $225 floor is a minimum — it protects every job. For larger homes (roughly 3BR+), your quote will be above $225 and that's where the 5-15% discount kicks in.
Do I need to be home? +
Most clients share a lockbox code or spare key. We're fully bonded and the same crew comes every visit. You'll get a text when we arrive and leave.
